Hello everyone, I have recently bought a usb wifi adapter as my current network card does not get any 5Ghz signal. I used to run on windows 10 so no issue to install the driver. But I got fed up of win10 as quite slow on my laptop. So i have decided to install linux mint with cinnamon desktop in dual boot just in case something went wrong with linux. I am a linux newbie by the way, so i did plenty of command without knowing or understanding what i was doing. But i have learnt a lot while doing it. I have tried to install the driver on linux but it does not work. I have followed many instructions such as the ones found on this forum, and others. I have done all the different installations from various websites but nothing happened. The LED from the dongle is still not flashing..
